Private William Webb here. -Just wanted to invite all of you to join in with me and the State Library in appreciating Black History Month.
I will be on the road much of this month presenting my story. When I’m not presenting my story, I will be telling the story of Jordan Freeman, a Black Patriot who was killed at the battle of Fort Griswold during the Revolutionary War.
